THE BATTLE OF THE BULGE..weapons of warfare


Losing weight is not a walk in the park . It takes much effort. It is a battle that must be fought on a daily basis, and evaluated at reasonable intervals. Checking the scale every day is not a good idea.
When we are in a battle we must be prepared with the right tools.
